General Terms and Conditions of Reheat GmbH.

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by Reheat GmbH (hereinafter: “Reheat”). By using Reheat’s services, you accept the following conditions in full. The data protection guidelines and the shipping conditions are an integral and binding part of these terms and conditions.

1. Offer
The offer is aimed at customers residing/based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The offer is valid as long as it is visible in the online shop and/or stocks last. Price and product range changes are possible at any time. The images shown in advertisements, brochures, in the online shop, etc. are for illustration purposes and are non-binding.
2. Guarantee
2.1 Service
Reheat is committed to delivering quality products. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers and our goal is to provide excellent service.
If you as a customer are not satisfied with the products delivered, you can contact us by email at info@reheat.ch. To make use of our guarantee, you must send a photo of the damage. Hidden defects must be reported immediately after discovery. The amount paid for the defective goods will be credited to you as a voucher. Reheat reserves the right to request proof of the defect before the amount is credited.

2.2 Products
Reheat is careful to provide correct product information.
3. Order
3.1 Prices
The minimum purchase value for products delivered by Reheat is CHF 5.- per order, excluding shipping costs. This is before deducting any credits.
VAT is included in all prices.
The product prices listed before the order is sent (when checking out the order) are binding.
3.2 Products
Reheat reserves the right to limit the delivery quantities for certain products and not to carry out the delivery if the order is exceptionally heavy or bulky.
If, contrary to expectations, an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, it will neither be invoiced nor sent later. However, you can be put on a waiting list.
3.3 Confirmation of the order
All orders are confirmed by Reheat.
If an order is supplemented, the original order is used as the calculation basis for possible special offers and discounts.
The contractual relationship is established by your order and the electronic acceptance of this order by Reheat. You can add to or cancel the order until it is processed in the Reheat warehouse.
4. Payment
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
4.1 Payment methods
You can choose between paying by bank transfer, Twint and PayPal.
When paying by bank transfer, payment must be made within 3 days of the order date.
It is at Reheat’s discretion to decide which payment methods are permitted and whether/when products not paid on time will be released for sale again.
4.2 Creditworthiness
Reheat reserves the right to make the delivery of orders dependent on an advance payment, the provision of security and/or a credit check. By placing your order, you agree that Reheat may obtain this credit report.
Reheat can cancel or suspend an order if you are not creditworthy or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent intent.
You are entitled to revoke your above consent in writing at any time.
4.3 Returns, refunds, credits, vouchers, gifts
Can you return purchased products? Yes
You can return all purchased products within 30 days. Contact us at info@reheat.ch
If you are entitled to refunds or other credits (see “Guarantee”), these credits will be credited and can be used for purchases at Reheat within one year. After this period, the credit expires.
Reheat vouchers cannot be sold or auctioned. Only one voucher can be used per order.
5. Liability
5.1 Liability of Reheat towards customers
In the event of breaches of its own contractual obligations under these terms and conditions, Reheat is liable to customers without limitation for direct and proven damage caused by Reheat through unlawful intent or gross negligence.
Reheat is expressly not liable for slight negligence or for indirect damage or consequential damage. Consequential damage includes in particular lost profits, damage to reputation and loss of data as a result of temporary impairments or interruptions in the availability of Reheat’s services as well as as a result of failure of sales channels, transmission errors, late delivery of products, incorrect price or service information and errors in order confirmations.
Reheat is also not liable for content on websites of organizers and other third parties that refer to Reheat’s website or to which Reheat refers on its website.
5.2 Liability of customers towards Reheat
Customers are liable to Reheat without limitation for direct and proven damage caused by unlawful intent or gross negligence. Liability is excluded for slight negligence.
6. Intellectual property
The website and all Reheat content accessible via the website are protected by copyright and belong to Reheat, unless otherwise specified.
7. Final provisions
Reheat reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be made available on the Reheat website and will take effect when they are posted.
Swiss law applies exclusively to these terms and conditions and any disputes between Reheat and customers.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Reheat. However, Reheat is entitled to sue customers at their place of residence.
